Pig in the Fridge

Squealer has finally found her way to the fridge, three shelves full of amazing, home-grown pork, which was truly loved and nurtured from farm to fork.

The time on the farm with her was both educational and fun, but now a whole new world of work has begun, ensuring as many varieties of pork dishes as possible are made for degree show, so attendees can really experience the possibilities of personally produced pork.

Squealer on the copping block… she looks so very different without all her fur!

Learning about the butchering process was such a fascinating experience.
